Close to Policlinico metro station. The area is very safe and clean. Make sure to have dinner before you go to the hotel the area doesn’t provide restaurants. The hotel has a decent restaurant for the three meals at day.

Great Experience!
The staff members were amazing! They were all very helpful! We checked in late, and they helped us find a place for dinner. They were very accomodating helping us luggage storage. The staff in the breakfast room were very fast, friendly and helpful. The entire property was very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were initially put in a room that was very loud (could hear traffic and the rooms next door) but they happily moved us to a much better room. Overall the hotel is in a good location, has decent facilities but the rooms could do with some maintenance and a bit of an upgrade.

While the room was comfortable, the area around the hotel was a little "sketchy". Did not feel very safe walking around the area. Also there was the constant sound of sirens, which we later found out was because there was a hospital nearby. The hotel is not near any of the attractions, kind of out of the way. Breakfast buffet was good.
