This was a lovely hotel and conveniently located right next to the castle — in fact, our room had a direct view of the castle, which was so nice! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here!

The location is perfect. From our room, we could see the clock Tower ☺️ of Cardiff castle. Joey in the reception was very kind, as all other staff. The hotel is an antique and traditional building, very beautiful both inside and outside, but our room was newly refurbished
