The rooms are okay for the price, the area was far from south beach that was my purpose (I was traveling with kids). There are grocery stores around, beach is 2 min walk. The front desk guy was friendly. The huge con was there a lot a cockroaches and despite the front desk told me that they are working on that, throughout my two weeks stays we were living with this problem. The cockroaches were not only in the lobby and around but in our room as well. Hate that

I had a very good stay at Venezia Hotel. It is a charming, classic hotel that has been restored, so it has character while maintaining a pleasant atmosphere. I was especially pleased with the service provided by Josiah. He was very attentive, always available through WhatsApp, and extremely accommodating with my check-in and check-out schedule, which made my stay much more convenient. The location is one of the hotel's biggest advantages. It's within walking distance of Lincoln Road, close to CVS, supermarkets, restaurants, and the free Miami Beach Trolley, making it easy to explore both the north and south areas of the city. The beach is also just a short walk away. The hotel does not have a pool, but for me the excellent location and service more than made up for it. The only downside was that the air conditioner was quite noisy, and because of the humidity, a dehumidifier was needed in the room. Other than that, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location at mid beach! Hotel is located between the beach and a canal and has plenty of restaurants and conveniences right there. Excellent brunch restaurant on site. There's a code to unlock the door so people can't walk in and same for the actual rooms. No room key to get lost!
