Only issue was at check in you pay upfront for room which is okay. Paid cash but they would not issue a receipt said to come back in the morning for one. After language barrier we finally got it fixed somewhat. Great location

A great place
Great location accomadating staff we asked for an extra night and no problemo. We had a balcony room not as noisey as some say and the breeze was nice. No AC so we asked for a fan and it was available for us. Hot water takes a long while to get to the shower but just work with it... If any of this is an issue the location more than makes up for the small work arounds... stay here it is a wonderful place

Puebla centro with a touch of class
Hotel has character, central location and spacious rooms. Front rooms have nice light, small balconies but do get noise from the street. Inner courtyard rooms seem smaller, darker but may be quieter. Staff are pleasant. Restaurants, shops and major sites (Zocalo) are nearby. Good value.

Puebla trip
Hotel accommodation was good check in and check out were very easy and without hassles. Only thing is that parking is very reduced to a max of 5 cars and if you’re in the front they will wake you up if a guest has to move their car. In my situation I had to check out at 6:00AM and 2 guest had to wake up to move their cars that were blocking our car. Perhaps having a person that can move the cars will alíviate this issue. Other than that our stay was great

4/10 Fair

When we first arrived at the property the place looked nice and quiet. They did not have our room ready so we decided to go explore around as they cleaned out our room. We returned 3-4 hours later and they gave us our room. It looks like someone speed cleaned it and left it half way done. They didn’t sweep the floors or clean the restroom. There was hair in the toilet and a used up panty hanging on the restroom door. It was so disgusting. We only stayed for one night literally so we just left the next morning. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend anyone to stay.
