Disappointed

The fireplace wasn’t working so I reached out to let them know but never heard back. When I followed up the next day, I got a nasty response from the property manager Diane informing me that someone went in (without any sort of notice that someone would be coming) and fixed it while we weren’t there. She then went on to imply that we were lying because we didn’t know that it was fixed… I am not one to give a negative review, but this entire situation really put a damper on our trip. Not only we’re we disappointed that the fireplace wasn’t working, but the communication, or lack there of, was extremely unprofessional. Not to mention having someone come into the space when we weren’t home with no sort of warning or note afterwards!

Property was very nice, convenient location off the interstate and close to ski resorts. Minor maintenance issues not worth mentioning. Overall I would recommend this property and I would definitely stay here again.

Great condo for exploring

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location is perfect for walking to downtown Frisco or jumping back onto hwy 70. The condo isn't large but we were out and about most of the time so it served our purposes. Our only minor complaint is that it can be bright in the bedrooms at night due to the thin shades and parking lot streetlights.

Great Condo Great Location!

Condo had everything we needed in the kitchen and was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and well cared for. We felt immediately at home. We will stay here again when back in the area.
