6/10 Good

Overall the hotel was very clean. The room we stayed in was very strangely laid out and in that a large portion of the room was unusable due to the lay-out of the furniture within the room. Also felt that there could have been more channels available for viewing rather than needing to pay a fee when one is already paying an extra daily fee to stay there. The staff was hit and miss during our stay, some were very helpful others made it seem like they were doing you a favor by helping you.

Really enjoyed my stay at Sofitel! The staff was excellent, and the property is gorgeous and a great location. We also really loved the gym and pool area. My only critique is the room. I was expecting a more updated and larger room given the nightly rate, but other than that, it’s a great hotel!

From check-in to check-out the staff at the Sofitel was phenomenal! Individually and collectively the staff was professional, personable , and knowledgeable. The Concierge helped me to set a tour of LA, the check-in assistant helped me to navigate traveling to dinner and back, and the check-out assistant helped me to quickly move about to get my ride to the airport. Magnifique!!

Eduardo at front desk was very nice at check in and out. The Valet guys were great as well as Brendan the bartender. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The property is gorgeous. Only suggestion is to have a skybridge from the hotel to Beverly Center Mall.
