We have stayed at Sofitel for over 10 years, and this last stay was just not the same. Seems like the hotel is cutting back on the room being cleaned, services prepared. Went to the restaurant and bought a burger and pizza for almost $70. Which doesn't make any sense, because the menu showed a different price. Not sure if we will be staying there again.

The location was excellent, but for a hotel of this caliber it fell short. No robes, amenities were very average, the room service prices were outrageous and the breakfast was very expensive for the quality of the food. We travel a lot and are used to paying for a top quality experience. This had top quality pricing for a less than satisfactory experience.
