TV was dated but the location and hotel amenities made up for it. Didn't come to LA to watch TV anyways. Amazing staff, gym 100/10, location is perfect for walking and Ubers always less than 5 min away.

Nice hotel, very friendly and serviceminded staff! Everyone we talked to was so sweet. We had a misunderstanding about the breakfast fee and the staff was so helpful. Clean room, comfortable beds. We got both a big fridge and a microwave in the room. The breakfast though was quite tasteless unfortunately. The location was good, next to Beverly Center, outlet Beverly connection and a Trader Joe’s. The poolarea is a bit dated and has no sun after 12.30 pm (in January, probably better in summer).

Excellent stay and quick service / car valet when requested. All staff were friendly from the front desk to car valets. A nice feature I don't see in many places is filtered water available on each floor to refill water bottles.
