Excellent place to stay for the price. EZ Uber or 15 minute walk many places.

Service sucks
The service is very bad and the employees were unprofessional and unfriendly. Especially Hanadeh and Tala - totally trashy. One of many examples: They wanted me to pay for my check out bill 2 times and pay for phone calls and mini bar even if you obviously didn’t used it....

Service needs an upgrade for guests
Facilities are five stars but service could use a little upgrade! While checking in it took us up to one hour to get our luggage from the lobby! After two calls I went downstairs myself to get them! Manager called but never did anything!

Very happy with Le Bristol
Excellent hotel. Clean room, friendly staff, comfortable bedding. The location is within reasonable walking distance of most major attractions in Beirut. I did not eat at the hotel, so I cannot comment on food service.

Memories of sublime comfort & ease will remain
Everything was perfect for us; we booked 3 night & stayed 7! Compliments to the entire staff team who are each important ambassords for the hotel & its popularity! Special mention for the luxury linen the extra super-size king bed & the brand new duck down mattress overlay! This was a respite holiday after a stressful month & successful completion of a business deal- & the stay provided all the comfort & respite we needed! Wonderful stay that exceeded expectations

Le Bristol Exceeded our Expectations
Everything was amazing. The staff work so hard as a team to ensure every visitor is happy & gets the best out of their stay. They were massively attentive & courteous and we appreciated it all so much. If something wasn't right or needed fixing there was someone within minutes to assist. We had a very relaxing 7 night stay and felt most indulged & pampered. I used the pool & jacuzzi on the roof every day and the free fitness centre. The room was expertly cleaned everyday & generous clean towels & all housekeeping complimentary items replenished generously. The hotel was shiny clean, everything sparkled and the decor very modern & well styled & themed & colour schemes fresh and tasteful.t Le Bristol definitely earns its 5 stars! PS. The tiny teddy bear was a thoughtful souvenir of our stay! Thank you le Bristol team for everything! You are each one amazing!

bad smell, bad management
The staff was great, The management wasn't great. Someone in service, is ruining it by not providing the amenities that are included at the time you book the room. You have to add to the daily list of things to do a reminder to ask for bottled water and coffee pods. For coffee pods you have to dial 7 for service and ask them for the two coffee pods. And here is the thing; they tell you it is only the first day that we provide coffee for the rest of your stay is an extra charge.. The most important issue that will make me think 100 times before staying at Le Bristol or visiting that country is the water quality. You turn on the shower and nauseating rotten egg smell comes out. There is no bathroom fan, so before you start fainting you "shower" quickly and dash out to save your soul. The Hotel contracts out a water trucking company to fill its water tank, The source and quality of water are unknown, all they tell you: it's a spring water!!! DO a search and sulfur is not something that is found in Lebanon's groundwater (limestone aquifers). So that leaves two explanations to the rotten egg smell, wastewater from a sewage septic source or a magnesium rod in the water heater that needs to be replaced by an aluminum-zinc rod. Is the trucked water disinfected? tested for bacteriological parameters like total, fecal, E. coli coliforms of HPC? is the water disinfected? Unfortunately, the beautiful Hotel, the city and country reflect nothing but a manmade environmental disaster zone.
