Quick Customer Service and friendly Staffs. Overall rating is very good. Except the water I think from Deep Well.

In the pictures they made the feel bigger than it really was. It was nice for the one night I stayed there. But that room was small.

Adequate
Rooms and hotel clean. Rooms are smaller but adequate. Could've had electric tea kettle and cups in room. Horrible and sometimes non existent WiFi, if you need reliable WiFi find another place. Only place I've stayed that requires 500P deposit on check in. Breakfast was adequate. No coffee in reception area, if you want more than one cup for breakfast have to pay extra.

PotPotential ntial
There s nights. This hotel has stylish public areas and staff are very polite and will try to accomodate. Breakfast is limited and Filipino in style.
I stayed in a family room as i needed a fridge and was little disappointed. There was no tea or coffee making facilities. The room itself was large and roomy however once in you see how old and dated it is, and while the mattresses were comfy the beds wer knocked together. Advertised daily room cleaning never happened. I didnt ask but felt i shouldnt need to. It is advertised. To be fair however these did not ruin my stay but they do need to be attended along with the NEARLY non existent WiFi.
Finally while i was there one of the rooms did appear to be having work done.

Needs improvement...
Booked here for one night as it is close to the north bus terminal and airport. The property is being renovated but that was no excuse for a dirty room with footprints, hair and dust on the floor, along with what looked like blood stains on the wall next to the bed. Room t.v. didn't work and the t v. In the breakfast dining area didn't work properly either. None of the staff knew how to operate the remotes and just "gave up" trying. Free breakfast was mediocre and the bacon, which had an "off flavor" made my wife sick. We come to Bacolod at leasonce a month but won't be staying here again. Close to the airport but no restaurants or convenience stores, or anything else nearby. You can walk from the bus terminal to the hotel but have to take a taxi or Grab any place else.
