6/10 Good

Well where do I begin? There is no pool first of all and no breakfast either. In fact, there is nowhere to even have breakfast. Because everything is outside!!You check in through a hot 4x4 area with a glass window and a turnstile to pay and receive the room key which I found very inconvenient. I felt like I was at a gas station in the hood. Cosmetically the hotel is not the best looking. Its a LOT of foreign workers who live there and hangout around the place all night. But they were quiet. The parking lot is small so nowhere to park at night. Inside the room, it was clean. But it could use some major updates. There are a lot of old fixtures in the room. The sink faucet and tub are very old. My only problem with my stay were the pillows. They were as flat as a pancake. There are no extras in the room. The air was loud but at least it was cold because Donalsonville gets very hot in the summer. This hotel is about the best it gets in the town. I can't say I will return. In fact, I know I won't. I'd rather drive 30 mins further for a nicer hotel with inside rooms and updated amenities. Good luck!

I needed a ground level, non smoking room and they said I would have to pay more. I checked out the room, but it wasn’t very clean and the smell was so bad I immediately had to get out my inhaler. The bed looked like it had been slept in, and tub was gross. I did not stay.

2/10 Poor

Do not stay here. There was no breakfast buffet as it was being remodeled but that was the least of my issues. The staff was helpful, but I did not need them. My problem was the filthy rooms. The bathroom tub was black at the bottom and had stains all around it. There was pubic hair piled up in every corner of the bathroom and around the back of the toilet and it was hard just to take a shower. The bathroom walls had stains on them, from who knows what. The room number was 138. The towels were so rough it was like drying off with sandpaper. The reason I did not go to another hotel was because I was there for a death in the family and the last thing that I had time for was to look for another hotel. The A/C unit was also a concern. It was loud and was constantly turning on. I had 3 days there and very little sleep.

The property was DISGUSTING! Flys everywhere, stair wells nasty, dirty and sticky, tables in the halls disgusting and filthy, bathtubs painted white over dirt and grime. The breakfast area was “under construction” but I wouldn’t dare eat anything from their building. Bugs in the bathroom on the sides of the toilets, burn holes all through the sheets and covers. We bought candles and cleaning supplies for our stay. Even the cleaners were walking around with shopping carts for their supplies, like be for real! People live in these rooms, towels were hanging over the balconies everywhere. A/c units leak so it’s towels surrounding them on the ground inside and outside the rooms. This is terrible, it shouldn’t even be offered on here!
