Squeezed in and not happy about it.
I booked this hotel for my family (4 adults & 1 teenager and 2 kids) and then my grandpa passed away and only my husband and kids went on the trip while I flew to Ca for the funeral. When they arrived at the hotel my daughter called me and asked why I booked just a small room. I told her I didn’t, that I booked a suite with 2 rooms and a kitchenette. I called the hotel when I could and they told me they only had me down for 2 full size beds. I told them I ordered on and the pictures showed a suite with a little kitchen area. I put in for 4 adults and 3 older kids so I don’t know how in the world we ended up with one tiny room. The hotel apologized but said it wasn’t their fault and offered me free breakfast. I told the lady that was helping me that complementary breakfast was already supposed to be included. She said they had no other rooms and couldn’t help me. I asked for them to at least take my family a folding bed/cot and she said they couldn’t because the room was too small. I said “I know” how are we supposed to have one small room for 6 people & she suggested not using other sites when ordering next time. That it was hotel.coms fault not theirs. I was not happy at all and my family did not sleep well. My daughter tried to make a bed in the bathtub so that she wasn’t on the floor but ended up on the floor anyways. I felt awful for my family & that really isn’t what I wanted to be dealing with while I was out of state & grieving. They said it was bad night.

Good 6.0
Check in was slow. And it turns out I was only checked in for one day so my key card did not work the next day, locking me out of my room. Hotel was under construction. They gave me a room that forced me down a hall with extension cords, glue, tools, no carpet on part of it. Workers would have to move their gear to let you pass each time. And then there is the smell of the glue, paint, and new carpet. Room was nice. I was disappointed on New Years eve that people and their children thought it was acceptable to run up and down the halls yelling at midnight. I had an early morning with a 3:00 am wake up planned. I may as well had slept at the airport.

Very good 8.0
I've stayed at this hotel 3 times. The last time was 7 months ago. They allow you to park there for up to 14 days and then provide you with a free ride to the airport and back when you return home. This time I booked through Expedia and the hotel staff told me that it cost $8 a day to park and that has been the policy for 2 years. When I checked out this morning there wasn't a charge for the parking. I understand if the hotel doesn't want to extend the deal to someone who gets a little better rate through Expedia, but just be honest about it. Don't tell me there's been a charge for parking for 2 years when there hasn't been and when you're website advertisement states we can park and ride for free.

Book this hotel and you could be in for a surprise
When I arrived to check in, after a day of flying, I was told that they did not have a room for me. I booked and pre-paid through Expedia. They said that they would cover my room at a hotel down the street. The offered hotel was not as nice and had fewer amenities, however I had little choice. It just illustrates the fact that you may THINK that you have a room, but you are at the mercy of the hotel. The desk clerk spent 30 minutes trying to locate the right paper work to send with me. While I was waiting, I witnessed someone else check in, and they appeared to have a room for them.

Mostly had a good stay
Pros: The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly upon check-in. Cons:We did have a problem with the hot tub down by the pool. We were told it was 24 hours, but at 10:15 a gentleman told us it had closed at 10:00 and we needed to leave. The door to the parking lot slammed shut, so you have to be careful of that. In the morning, our sink wouldn't drain, so that was kind of gross. It did eventually drain, but it took 30 minutes or so. My mom wanted to sit on the chairs out on the balcony, but the door was stuck and wouldn't open. Overall, it was an ok stay. I just expected a little more from a Marriott.
