Great Hotel
This hotel was perfect! It’s was in a very convenient location. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The beach was right across the street.walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.plenty of food/coffee options within the hotel… on Fridays they put on a show with hula and fire dancers for the guests. The staff was really nice and very accommodating. Overall It was an awesome vacation and will definitely stay here again.

1 night stay - ok for short stay
1 night stay to catch a flight home. Huge hotel - like a large shopping mall. Across from the beach, easy access to food etc. Pool is ok. Hot tub ok - could do with an upgrade as hotel looks tired. Room was fairly large, 2 queens, tiny washroom Housekeeping forgot to remove diapers from a previous stay. Were quick to clean up and comp for inconvenience. Ocean view was half ovean view, was nice enough, had lanai. Noisy rooms next door - can hear ppl in the hallway opening, closing doors Had the unfortunate experience of pot smokers next door to us smoking up and playing extremely loud music at 5am and into the night. I compare this to my 7 night stay at the Moana surfrider actoss the street - a much better stay overall and ambiance there for similar price point.

Beautiful Hotel
Beautiful stay, nice friendly staff, clean spacious room, valet service was very friendly and I tipped them well until we checked out. Valet staff stood by and watched as my wife and my 7 year old Grandson struggled to put bags / luggage in the back of our vehicle. Shame on them !!. Neighboring guest room doors all slam hard. Very noisy at times waking us up abruptly.
