- It's fine that the hotel was all booked up, but due to a hotel rate difference from Hotels.com, check-in took 1.5 hrs. And the lower hotels.com rate was unattainable through system.
- Elevator is very creaky, causing us to feel unsafe in it. Although, inspection was up to date.
- Stains on the carpet in room
- Mildew/mold all around shower
- Sink wouldn't drain well
- Armchair was disgusting. Old skin stains on arms
- Bed felt like an old mattress, sunken around the middle, springy
- Breakfast was horrible. Soggy, barely cooked eggs were served. Where the hotel was maxed, there was a constant wait for utensils, and dishes during the breakfast rush. Seemed understaffed.
- Am asking for a refund!!
