I give this Hotel a million stars. From the garage to the manager you are treated with respect and smiles. Extremely polite respectful helpful amazing people. Great location where the Nile river meets the Mediterranean Sea. Room 2029 2 double beds is excellent it’s near elevators and has a balcony where you can sea both the Nile and the Mediterranean. Breakfast buffet is loaded and chefs where helpful. Fast service over all. Room and premises are clean. It’s the best hotel in Damietta and serves local tourists mainly.
