Unfortunately there was no way to contact the hotel directly to let them know i was arriving a day later than planned, or to change the room as i no longer needed the accessible room. On the booking website it would only allow me to change the room/dates at a cost, and phoning the hotel put me through to head office who told me to go through the booking site.
