Asiakaspalvelu oli huippuluokkaa joka puolella hotellia. Huone ok, vähän ajasta jäänyt, mutta vessa hyvä. Allasosasto oli pettymys, vesi kylmää, allasalue kolkko ja vähän pelottava! Pientä freesataan ja valaistusta lisää ei olisi pahitteeksi. Pukuhuoneet mukavammat. Sauna ei ollut päällä, joten uiminen ja lyhyeen. Aamupala loistava ja todella monipuolinen.
