Not a 4 star hotel!
Not a 4 star hotel! The management is the problem, They claim a few restaurants but in reality its the same place just with different names.  The Dinner restaurant had ONLY 6 tables with 1 waiter so we had to eat outside, the breakfast was a mess! only 2 waiters.. it took 30 minutes to be seated and 1+ hour to get the food my sone ordered (The buffet was OK). ate the rest of the meals outside. The casual bar restaurant was OK, but the was actually the only dinner/lunch option with a limited variety of food. The breakfast caffe was open for maybe 3 hours in the morning. The Wifi was TERRIBLE!! barley worked. The AC in the gym didn't work...got to 78F, had to complain several times about it, The was a volleyball court but there where no balls available with a lame excuse that: "someone hit the ball to the roof a few days ago... "  The bicycles they had where poorly maintained. The Managers where not very efficient to say the least.  Some staff where nice and made an effort, some staff where terrible and didn't seem to care. The room was a bit run down and to operate the shower you needed to hold the nob while opening the water - like a 1 star motel.... VERY BIG disappointment from a Sheraton!

Loved our stay at the Sheraton. Our checkin was amazing. Comfy bed. Nice amenities. Not only were we able to checkin super early they have a program to let you stay after checkout and give you a hospitality suite to clean up before heading to the airport. We will definitely come back to this property.

Great cozy hotel facing the beach. Great views and super friendly staff. It is an older hotel so there's not many amenities. Food was subpar so aside from breakfast which was included in our reservation we went out to eat for other meals. Great location and close to the beaches and other tourist attractions

The resort staff were really nice and friendly, but the majority of the food and service staff were less than helpful, generally a sour demeanor. We've been to Kauai twice and each time we chose this property to stay in. We loved the location (beachfront) but be advised that there are too many rocks to actually swim. The pool was lovely, the food is always terrific and the atmosphere is very relaxed and fun. The property is great for all ages. The oceanfront/oceanview rooms are very nice - clean and roomy with terrific views. I would not recommend 'coconut grove' rooms - they are smaller and offer no view at all. We'll be back and this will be our go-to hotel.

We loved the resort. We wished we had an ocean view but walked out to the beach for every sunrise and sunsets when we were there. We loved that we could check out beach chairs, cooler and umbrella to take with us when we left the resort. It would’ve been nice to have a small souvenir shop. We loved the pool and the great cozy chairs to sit in by the fire pit at night. We missed out on playing the lawn games but they looked fun. We would definitely go back. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
