Great stay!

The front desk staff was wonderful our entire stay. They were incredibly helpful and even gave us an upgrade when our original room's a/c wasn't working. Beds were comfortable, the hotel as a whole was clean, and everything was affordable.

Quality Inn was purchased by Hilton and renamed Spark by Hilton and the hotel was undergoing repairs and upgrades when I had my stay, so lot of dust , noise and discomfort.

Arrived a little early but was tild had to come back at 3. Came back at 315 abd was told no room ready yet to please have a seat. 3 others walked in whole i was waiting and got rooms within minutes. I was not happy with that situation. But ince got our room it was very very nice, clean. The only other thing is that was annoying is 4 floors with only one elevator and it was slow. Breakfast was nice.

So the hotel name changed and i was supposed to get a 2 double bed and sofa suite. I had a king bed sofa and ended up having to get a roll out bed. They were going to charge me extra for the bed Just not happy with the experience at check in. Its not what i booked. Had i known that i was going to get room i reserved i would've changed hotels.

It’s very close to universal. It’s right off of I four I’ve stayed there at least six different times. Throughout the years the staff is always very friendly. It’s near a Walgreens so if you need anything and it’s also really close to a grocery store. And it’s also free breakfast so it makes it easier When you’re traveling with family.

Just the night

Staff was helpful, the place is undergoing major renovations and the smells of construction fill the building. The parking lot is clogged with storage containers taking most of the spots. My room was clean and roomy, bed very comfortable.

Stay at the Quality Inn

The hotel was fine. There was construction going on so you couldn’t get into the pool or exercise room, but they did make arrangements with a neighboring hotel if people wanted to go there. There was a shuttle to take people to Universal Studios, which was nice. The bathroom was in a weird place. You opened the hall door to the bathroom area. I guess there was no problem with it. It was just odd. The people at the reservation desk were very helpful as far as meals or things that we needed to know about the area.
