Really good hotel, had a high floor (25th) Diamond Head ocean view. Good view, could hear the waves at night. Close proximity to everything you need. Beds were really comfy. Staff very accommodating! Will stay here again

Fantastic location

Hotel was lovely. Clean, comfortable and convenient. We did have a problem with being overcharged at the pool restaurant. I recommend keeping track of your receipts to confirm totals at check out. The hotel never made it right with us. Which is disturbing and disappointing.

Hotel ride by the beach.

Everything was wonderful except a few things. The bathroom got kind of stuffy, but it did have a bidet. My mother fell due to a platform where they had lounge chairs. She wasn't only one, other guests also fell. So if you don't watch your step you could fall.

Excellent location and lovely hotel.

Love the location right at the beach and just far enough away from the downtown crowds but close enough to walk to all the shopping and restaurants. The overall property is great. Gorgeous pool, easy to rent lounges and umbrellas on Waikiki. A few things about the room we didn't like. There needs to be a retractable laundry line to dry wet clothes after a day at the pool, not enough shelves in the shower, the toilet/shower area was cramped and the walk-in shower is a nice concept, but it needed to be a few inches bigger as water got all over the floor outside the shower....like a LOT! That being said, for the price it was an excellent choice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would def stay there again.
