The room was bad but it had a few issues. The bathroom was very small the toilet ran all night the window had broken glass, the hallway had a weird smell and the stairwell had a door leading to the outside that was always open so we didn’t feel safe using that staircase.

Has to make a solo trip. Room was clean. I wasn’t in the room much. When I got back around 10:30, went to bed but couldn’t sleep because of people arguing in the street behind the hotel. Also could hear doors slamming in the hallway all night. I ended up leaving at 4:00 to drive an home to get some sleep.

I came in there and the top sheet was obviously dirty with the big stain right on top of it. Asked for a new room, but I got just a new top sheet.
I couldn’t sleep all night worried about the rest and the air conditioning made so much noise every time it turned on in the middle of the night I got one hour sleep! Do not stay here

At check-in we were greeted by a rude lady who seemed to lack communication skills. The hotel is aged and in desperate need of updating, especially in the bathrooms. The bathroom toilet was on its last leg and almost felt apart every time it was sat on. The showers have a lot of mold, some barely covered with caulk. The wallpaper/paint near the baseboards in the bathrooms are severely warped and peeling. The king size bed was clean and very comfortable. Nice sized and functioning mini refrigerator. Nice desk, clean sink, clean room, clean towels.

Room was not in great condition. Ceiling had drywall coming off of it, bathroom was not the cleanest. Hallways were not clean and had a strong odor.

I didn’t end up staying there. I was having issues with my refund but Bonnie and employee there was very sweet and helpful and took care of my refund. We even joked about the deposit fee where she asked me if I had a pet and that could be my deposit fee I chuckled and said to her no pets just my husband.

Sound quality was terrible, we could hear people across the hall, the faucet next door, and someone walking around the floor above us. Shower was extremely difficult to get to work properly, stains on ceiling tiles.

The place is dump, it’s a step down from a Motel 8. Room smelled like smoke, unless it was a 3 prong plug nothing worked into to outlets which made it impossible to charge a phone. After trying every outlet in the room, figured out the iron was defective. The invoice made no sense, no definitive total charge for the room, now I have to audit my credit card because I don’t trust them. And it’s in a bad part of town. Just checking out was a chore. It’s the kind of place where u don’t complain u just learn ur lesson and don’t stay there again.
