A little unhappy that they put a 71 year old person on the second floor with no elevator. I saw the front door agent give a ground floor room to a young couple while they made me climb a set on metal stairs with my luggage.

Given what I paid, I wasn't expecting much. I'm not sure where all the good reviews came from. There were food bits by the bathroom door and little paper bits by the bed. The AC somewhat worked, I had to turn it off and on several times to "reset" it but it never stayed running for long. Thankfully it was cool outside so it didn't get too hot at night. It seemed like there were long term residents there. One woman had her laundry hanging over the balcony to dry. The only good, the bed was comfy.

I love the location of this property, the convenience of being able to drive to your room door, comfortable bed. I did not like the blood/bright red stain on carpet next to bathroom, closeness of toilet to bathtub, light not working next to bed, tons of dog poop in grassy area (had to watch where you were walking).
