Room wasn't immediately available .. then 7 AM on the 19th someone on my floor was blasting music . I couldn't find staff on premises to complain then I used the chat function on the app but since it was after 8 they blew me off and said that since it was after 8 AM there was nothing they could do about it. Great location, front desk staff was very nice, and the room was comfortable. Full kitchen is a huge benefit. Walked four blocks to grocery store and loaded up for the week. I wish the fitness center was open earlier, but that was about the only "issue" I had.

The hotel was excellent. The room was well-supplied and comfortable. It was within blocks of the Reading Terminal market, which is great for a quick breakfast and/or for shopping for dinner. As I have grown more comfortable with the neighborhood, free overnight parking can be found on the street - remember, you are in a city, so leave nothing in the car. There's a small park north of the hotel that looks like a nice short walk. The area is growing and I expect many more neighborhood businesses in 2025.

Overall comfortable stay. Really spacious and clean room with fully equipped kitchen and utensils. One hiccup was that check in was 2 hours late due to housekeeping delays. This was communicated 15 mins after the original check in time but by then I already had accessed the room and saw that the space was not cleaned. Another issue we encountered was that the extra towels and blankets we requested for the sofa bed never arrived.
