Very terrifying, our reservation was sold. We were given options to move to another hotel after a long wait. I was separated from my family where we were given each single rooms.

We had to request a room change because one of the mattress foundations had collapsed on one side. Our second room was nice but the pillows weren’t great. One very soft and other lumpy. The door was very difficult to open and close too. Had to really push down hard on the handle to open it. Couldn’t find help at the coffee shop counter. Nice location for our activities. Pleasant staff.
