    Good location, nice place but, too noisy. You cant sleep at nite.

    The bathroom and shower doors were damaged. I reported the situation, but they never were fixed. the reservation was for 4 people and they only provided sheets, towels and blankets for 2. I requested the addittional 2 and they asked me to send a picture of my credit card which was unsafe. they took more than 24 hours to provide the blankets. the first night we had to sleep without blankets. I had to call 9 times in order to get the blankets delivered to the flat. terrible customer service. dont waste your money with this company Smartflats.

    Todo muy agradable, el único inconveniente que dos días antes me pidieron un depósito de 300 euros los cuales no tenía previsto y quedaron de devolvérmelo 3 días después de mi salida, ya pasaron mas de 20 días y aún no se nada, mando correos y dice que no pueden recibir correos porque el buzón está lleno!!! Espero una respuesta, Gracias

    Es un apartamento precioso, pero si necesitas ascensor no es para ti, hay que subir 4 pisos y al ingresar al apartemento un piso mas para subir a las habitaciones, está muy bien ubicado en una zona peatonal, hay un parking de pago cerca y muchos lugares de comida y super mercados cerca, muy limpio y cómodo, como sugerencia un rotulo o algo que lo distinga, nos costó un poquito encontrarlo

    Superbe établissement en plein centre de Bruxelles et à quelques minutes à pied de la Gare Centrale. Très grand espace avec toutes les commodités et équipements (sauf pour les poêles qui ne fonctionnent pas à induction). Expedia devrait revoir les heures de check-in et check-out de cet établissement car elles ne sont pas à jour

    Dejlig lejlighed centralt placeret i Brussels. Ligger ud til gågaden, så der kan godt være lidt stemning fra gaden i weekenden. 20 meter til nærmeste supermarked, gå afstand til mange seværdigheder, restauranter og barer. Der er et soveværelse med tilknyttet bad og køkkenalrum. Der er microbølge ovn, opvaskemadkine og en Senseo kaffemaskine i køkkenet.

    Plus que parfait

    L'appartement est juste parfait. 3 très grandes chambres à l'étage avec de grands placards et une salle de bain/WC dans chacune. Beaucoup de rangement au rez de chaussée avec toilette et salon/salle à manger très grand. La cuisine est spacieuse et plus que fonctionnelle. L'appartement se trouve à 2 pas de la grande place, juste en face d'une station de métro, à 5 min à pied d'un parking et au milieu de toute sorte de magasins. Une chose est sûre, je n'irai plus ailleurs quand je reviendrai à Bruxelles
