Quick check in. Grest proximity to Disney World and fast food options. Parking was ok, we were never too far from our entrance. Checked out the breakfast buffet and would not pay that price for it unfortunately but thats ok, others were enjoying it.

The stay was ok. It was comfortable. The young lady at the counter when we checked in was amazing ! Very personable. The room was ok. There was dust and stains on the chair. There were small ants crawling on the desk. Room service came one of the days that I was there but they didn’t come again. I didn’t have a “don’t disturb” sign on the door. Overall, I would still stay there again. It wasn’t so bad for the price.

Don't stay here seriously !

The hotel is very dirty and old . My room was dirty when we arrived the carpet was not vacuumed the hallways were chipped paint and carpet was dirty and not swept. To top it off there were german cockroaches crawling in our room at night . I reported this to the front desk and was told we have no control over that ? What ? Only good thing was the breakfast service and staff were great. I do not recommend this place . Totally misrepresented on Hotels.com website .

The front desk employees kept themselves in the back and not even acknowledging our existence. Took 27 minutes to get anyone to speak to us and it was when the 2nd shift girl arrived. There were many families waiting. I was exhausted and just wanted my key. Awful!

Overall good stay

We were there for an event at the convention center. Unable to use any part of the facilities because our dance competition is 7am-10pm on the days of our visit. I think we should be able to opt out of the resort fee. There were also small ants in our room and the elevators weren’t working two of the days. Overall staff was friendly good in restaurant was good and the bed was comfortable.
