We booked for a 2 night stay. Our room was not serviced. Since we had an accessible room, meaning bathroom floor got wet, towels need to be put down to soak up the water on the floor.
Upon returning to the room at night, wet towels on the bathroom floor, no new towels, bed unmade… this is not why I paid top dollar for. When we checked in wasn’t told about the wi-Fi, called from desk… no response. Had to walk down to the front desk to find the clerk sitting in the lounge. We have mobility issues, hence not the service I paid for.
