Overall it was a great stay. The washer/dryer combo in our room was the primary reason why we stayed here - AND IT WAS GREAT! This hotel boasts of a "pillow corner" where you can obtain additional pillows but when I inquired, they were completely out of pillows.

Pleasantly surprised that the room was quite spacious for Japanese standards. A few blocks away from the JR Sapporo station, however it is very easy to access through the underground walkway. Hotel offered each guest a free bottle of water each day. The free bath was a treat after a long day.

This hotel is about 12 mins walk from Sapporo main train station where the airport train arrives. The hotel doesn’t look much from outside but has a nice reception inside, which is where there is a large selection of different pillow types that guests can select from, which is super considerate. The room was spacious and well appointed. The shower was really hot and powerful, which was lovely after a long day walking sightseeing. The bed was comfortable and they provide a dressing gown in the room.

A wonderful room with a comfy bed and in the lobby you can even pick your pillow made with a specific material. Very nice. Some of the best sleep I've gotten in Japan. Right within walking distance of all the major attractions in Sapporo: the TV tower, the Nijo market, the Times Square-esque downtown. The staff were also very nice. I accidently left my passport there when I left for Sendai, but when I arrived at the Monterrey in Sendai they immediately called up the JR Inn in Sapporo and had it mailed down to me at no cost to me. Can't thank those people enough. It would have been a 7 hour ride back up to Sapporo to retrieve it but they took care of everything. 10 out of 10.
