They charged extra for CHILDREN over 10yo..dead roaches in the bathroom. Bathroom was in poor condition, shower faucet was loose and separated from the wall, tub was stained, 2 towels for a double bed room, half a roll of toilet paper with no extra, and when they “cleaned,” they didn’t leave any extra towels

hazard in the room a piece of floor was coming up and the bathtub faucet was coming out the wall. The front desk lady was terrible i will never stay there again

Well I was please that the floor was tiled and not carpeted.The room was nice for the price but needs to be updated walls and baseboards were dirty. The bed was nice and comfy (memory foam)But other than that it was an avery stay for me.

Bad, dirty, smelly hotel
The room smelled of urine and cigarettes 🚬 , very strong order. Did not look anything like the picture online. It's very dark and dirty was told by locals this was a very unsafe neighborhood. Trying to request a refund. Desk person would not refund me even though I purchased insurance.

Worst manager ever.
Let me start with after a long day and traveling and wanting to rest, I arrived!
The young guy was nice but told me his mom was manager and she kind of threw him there with little training. He had an issue and had to call her to Come down she wouldn’t he finally got it fixed. He had another issue and said he would reluctantly have to call her again and get her to come down! It’s funny she told me I was not compassionate when she did come down she was sharp with him and said you don’t remember I showed you this, I mean if he had remembered I doubt he would not have called her to come down again. It took about 30 mins to get checked in. I get to my room, the sink wouldn’t drain and toilet had issues flushing. I called front and the guy said he didn’t know how to move me rooms so nothing he could do. Was noisy as hell I didn’t sleep. I go to check out lady comes down, and I tell her worst hotel started with it taking 30 minutes to get in my room she immediately started throwing my sons handicapped he has cerebral pausy how un compassionate I was. I informed her had nothing to do with his disability it had to do with a lack of training HE said his mom didn’t give him! She continued to raise her voice and fling her arms around and how I should be ashamed. His disability HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HIM NOT BEING TRAINED! He said she didn’t train him and didn’t want to come help him when he first called! The fact that she had to throw his disability out there SPEAKS VOLUMES!
