Hotel must be closed out for full temodeling

Hotel is in poor condition of maintenance, hallways, doors, dirty carpet, black-stained bath tub, deteriorated and non-functional kitchen cabinets, sagging mattress, linoleum floor shipped, close to be transparent towels, old sheets and duvet, and many, many more!

Room was ok, bed was comfortable, but exterior of rooms was not kept up. Cigarette butts and even a condom was seen in the outside area of the rooms.

I did not stay here it was not safe and the rooms had doors on the outside. I asked for a refund and have not received it. This is not a good place to stay in the area. I wasn’t even allowed to use a restroom when talking to the front desk!

I picked this location for the price and have never stayed at an extended stay before. This place needs a serious uplift. The staff were alright. I was worried about bugs based on reviews but didn't see any myself.

You get what you pay for

Okay it was spring break. Noice till 3 am. The room needed a lot of fixing. The cover for the a/c was hanging loose, the toilet was hanging in the air, you sit on it down to the floor, you get up it bounces up behind you, the bath sink was so clogged it took 15 minutes to drain. The fan under the range hood was grouse. Told these problems at check out.
