Great hotel shame about the town
Wanted to see Blandford Forum. The hotel had an amazing car park and opposite a lovely river walk. Breakfast was excellent and the outside seating for coffee excellent (we had good weather)

This is a lovely hotel, welcoming, full of character, and lovely rooms. Our visit was somewhat spoiled by a noisy air conditioning. The temperature was set at 28c we woke up at 3am, hot and sweaty. initially, we were unable to switch it off, or turn it down. We eventually got back to sleep, but woke up shattered. The hotel were excellent in sorting out a partial refund, but we would rather have had a good night’s sleep.
