Rooms are not in modern shape anymore. The bathroom and toilet floor were not clean (hair etc). Service, breakfast and bar were good. Parking was easy.

Decent hotel for business Trip. Nothing special but does the trick. Breakfast was good (with freshly squeezed orange juice, tasty pastries and good ham/cheese). Hygiene in the bathrooms of the room were not acceptable (multiple hair on floor in bathroom AND toilet).

good hotel in Cergy with nice breakfast, comfortable bed and updated room. The main issue I had is that the AC is not working well enough to cool down the room at night when the weather is hot, and there is no screen at the window like everywhere else in France so you can't leave your window open either if you care about mosquitos. It was hot in the room, too hot to sleep comfortably

C'est à peine si l'hotesse m'a adressé la parole, alors qu'elle avait des difficultés à m'enregistrer. Chambre, literie et salle de bain correcte, un peu vétuste. Gros point noir, qualité du petit déjeuner trÚs moyenne, assiettes salles, personnel peu sympathique

C'est bien. Mais je pensais voir mieux avec la note du site. La salle de bains avait tellement de calcaire que l'eau peine Ă  couler de la douche. Et on ne peut plus rĂ©gler le jet de la douchette... bloquĂ©e par le calcaire. Tout aussi galĂšre de tourner la robinetterie. Alors que si c'Ă©tait rĂ©ellement nettoyĂ© et entretenu, il n'y aurait aucun problĂšme. Le canapĂ© lit sur lequel ma fille a dormi Ă©tait aussi trĂšs inconfortable, donc pas trĂšs reposant... Ă  dĂ©conseiller si vous ĂȘtes dans le coin pour une compĂ©tition importante le lendemain! Dernier bĂ©mol, la clim Ă©tait Ă  fond, au point qu'on a eu froid. Le lit principal Ă©tait pour sa part trĂšs confortable. Le reste correcte.

On a eu une chambre pour personnes handicapĂ©es, du coup la chambre Ă©tait immense. L’hĂŽtel Ă©tait quasiment vide, le service Ă©tait impeccable. La localisation de l’hĂŽtel n’est pas terrible, un peu au milieu de nulle part, mais Ă  cĂŽtĂ© d’un grand parc. Le petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait variĂ© mais de mauvaise qualitĂ©.
