Mosquitos and no sheets. Like many places in Eastern Turkey but nowhere else I know of, there is no top sheet and no blanket, just a throw too short to cover me from foot to neck which I needed because the cleaning crew had left the screen less windows open and there were mosquitos in the room. The included breakfast was pre- wrapped, cold, and no eggs

Experience a warm home environment with super friendly staff. The hotel located in very central place. Few meters away from buss stop that takes you to all over the city and a few hundred meters away from the sea side and a large shopping mall.

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve iyiydi. Baya yardımcı oluyorlar ama binada tadilat vardı oda içerisinde çalışmayan priz ve banyoda lavabo musluğu yerinden oynuyordu. Duşa kabinin de camı kırıktı.

Yastıklarda kıllar ve inanılmaz ağırsamış kokular vardı. Yorganlar ve yastıklar sararmıştı artık. Odanın içinde ağırsamış bir koku hakimdi. Asansör düşmeye yüz tutmuş 1 m2 lik kabindi. Odayı 5. Kat verdiler ama 4. Kata kadar çıkıyor ve bir katta yürünüyordu. Otopark zaten hak getire. İnanılmaz tenha bir caddede yer alıyordu ve arabamızı bırakmakta içimizden hiç gelmedi. Otele girmemizle çıkmamız bir oldu

Ozellikle sigarasiz icilmeyen oda dedim ama parayı ödeyip odaya çıktık odada ki sigara kokusu berbattı.Her odada iciliyor yapacak bir şey yok dediler .Sabaha kadar pencere açık uyuduk.Asansòr berbat tak diye duruyor .Kısaca gördüğüm en berbat oteldi.

Oda temizliği ve sigara kokusu problemdi ama kahvaltı ve kalhvaltıyı veren arkadaşlar çok ilgili ve cana yakınlardi. Onlara özellikle teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Varsa sigara içilmeyen oda talep edin.

Personel çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Form Mersine çok yakın. Sıcak su, intrernet, klima kusursuz. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli, taze ve güzeldi. Fiyat performans çok iyi.
