"smoke-free" hotel realed of cigarettes inside
Same patches on the wall from visit 2 years ago (same room as visit 2 years ago)
No fan in bathroom for ventilation
Bathroom counter had toothpaste/mouth wash spit circles on the counter
The only good about this hotel is it's central location, and that its on the water.

I've stayed here a couple times passing though smith falls, its a great place just to crash for a night or two. Don't expect anything crazy as this is not the place, but its clean, the staff are nice, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is not great but there are a few places in town to get breakfast that have great options.

Very sketchy. We needed an affordable place the stay and booked online. Of course it was a non refundable reservation and I can see why. I would have rather spent the night at a local shelter. The room was disgusting. Carpets were stained. Curtains let light in because they were badly worn. Beds felt like sleeping on plywood. Pillows were old and had no support. Walls had dammage that needed repairs. Save your money and sleep in your car.

Staff were exceptional. The missing baseboards, paint and wallpaper imperfections and overall condition of the hotel were a dealbreaker for future bookings.

The 1 queen bed room which on the 4th floor was in very good conditions; very clean, with very comfortable bed and high speed Wi-Fi. The staff was professional.

Great value! Hotel needs updating, but then they might not be able to offer such a great price. Staff was kind, the room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. And our room had a beautiful view of the river. We were happy with our stay!
