Comfortable stay but poor attention to detail
Swimming pool was restricted due to swimming lessons during the day and busy with families in the evening. Room was large and comfortable but only one packet of biscuits and one sachet of hot chocolate left for double occupancy with the tea and coffee and teaspoons had to be requested. No spare toilet rolls in the bathroom and staying a number o

Good hotel
We were there for a formal. Room was nice, clean and spacious enough with shower etc. I did have to go to reception to get heating turned up in room, but it was done straight away and temperature was much better. Hotel reception is currently under maintenance/ refurbishment so currently not as good as normal.

Formal dance and stay
We attended a formal dance. Dance room looked great and staff very friendly. Food was good too. Bedroom was brilliant, large bed with a sittee, tv etc plenty of room and tea/coffee facilities good. Only down size our room was cold, couldnt seem to put heating up. Our friends room was very warm so not sure what has happened with ours. Breakfast good. Overall great stay.
