Pretty crap service
Power failure aside as you have no control over that but the incompetence at the desk was over the top. After having to carry our baggage up 4 floors without being offered assistance or light we were given the key for room 428. When I opened the door we surprised a couple, shall we say "taking advantage of the lights out" situation. Extremely embarrassing for both parties, more so for them! So now we had to descend the stairs with our gear to book a new room, still with no assistance being offered. Now to add insult to injury with the light of day we found the carpet to be littered with the detrius of the last occupants. You guys need to step up your game!
