This is a lovely, very small property. The rooms are far more spacious than most Italian rooms. Seems quite new! The welcome beverages in the fridge were lovely and the daily breakfast was very good! This property is a gem. There were four adults in our group and the room was large (two floors) and very modern with a beautiful bathroom. We have been to France and Spain and expected "old and small" if you want to stay in the city center, but the room was modern and roomy. Breakfast was delicious, free drinks restocked daily in the fridge and the location is perfect (walk to train station and right on the edge of the old town with shopping and restaurants). You do need a code to get though the outer courtyard door and there are a few steps up to the rooms, and it is a small boutique property, with just a few rooms as far as I could tell, but I would recommend this to anyone - we loved it!
