The space is super cozy by the sea, in a very centralized region where the guest can travel to various regions of the city in a few minutes. The quiet condo is ideal for couples, families or small groups. The Apê is on the avenue that gives access to the most beautiful beaches on the south coast: Frances, Gunga, Barra de São Miguel, Dunas de Marapé, Pontal de Coruripe, among others. It is 4.5 km from the edge of pajuçara, 6 km from the beach of ponta verde, 2 km from the city center.

The Apt has two bedrooms, both with air conditioning and a double bed, one with 42 ”tv.

In the living room we have an articulating bed (folding) with a double mattress 18 cm ortobom; the living room has a 3 seater sofa, a planned mdf bench for meals and a 42 "smart Tv with installed apps. The entire space has wifi (free).

The kitchen has a refrigerator, 4 burner stove with oven, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker, set of dishes, cups, cutlery, pots and pans. There is a beach kit available and free for guests in the space.

The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 people in the 3 double beds available.

The centralized location allows guests to make their own tour itinerary (if you rent a car). The Apê has a beautiful view of the sea where you can feel the breeze accompanying a phenomenal sunrise and sunset.

The condominium has a playground, adult and children's pool, free private parking, sports court, outdoor fitness space, 24 hour concierge.

The neighborhood is at the entrance to the city on the south coast side, with easy access to the best beaches in the state: Praia do Francês, Barra de São Miguel, Praia do Gunga, Dunas de Marapé, Lagoa do pau, Pontal de coruripe. Nearby you can find supermarket, market, cafeterias, pharmacies, service stations and convenience. The apartment is 7 minutes from the edge of pajuçara-ponta Verde (main edge of Maceió). At 5 minutes from the city center and at 4 minutes from the lace maker district (Pontal da barra) famous for its handicrafts and cuisine.

We suggest renting a vehicle or using transportation applications (on average 13 reais to go to the edge of pajuçara).
