A very nice and friendly staffed Hotel.
Our stay at Rosedale Hotel Causeway Bay HK is thus far a very pleasant experience. Staff is very helpful and friendly, esp. Frankline at the Front Desk, he was very accommodating and helpful. The location is very close to MTR and huge shopping malls and restaurants of vast diversity. I'd check in this hotel next time I am in HK.

Unclean and Damp rooms
I would say that this is probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The rooms were very damp and not clean. The hotel does have an eco friendly policy regarding washing of bed sheets and towels but even though they did change the sheets twice. I had to ask them multiple times to do so. The damp issue makes it worse as the towels can’t dry during the day, once used first thing in the morning; you end up using wet towels all the time. The best part about the room was that the TV had built in Netflix.
