We were allowed early check in as we arrived earlier than expected. The room was clean, but they had not replaced the towels. A quick call to the front desk, and we had towels in less than 10 minutes. Housekeeping was friendly when they delivered them.

Remote did not work so no TV. Bedding had what was either stains or was dirty. Earring stuck in the carpet by the bed, thankfully no one stepped on it. Bathroom sink missing trim, like a partly completed repair. Staff were friendly. We didn’t ask for help with the TV issue so can’t comment on resolution.

What a dump! AVOID!!!

Horrible. Non locking hotel doors, open patio doors that wouldnt fully close or lock. Broken TV. No working phones in rooms (I tried 2 rooms). Groups of children and adults screaming and pounding on doors at all hours. Terrible layout. Cigarette burns on couches with poop stains as well. Worst hotel ever. Disgusting. Tripped on a big jug of ortho walking out my door. Do NOT stay here!
