Dirty, smoke residue aroma in a non-smoking room, unsanitary/ized, dirty rag still in shower. Faulty lock that required jimmy rigging by maintenance for access. Dead bolt ripped & hanging. Enough stated!

The staff was extremely friendly and so accommodating. I wish the room matched their service. Rooms were listed as non-smoking but our room had been smoked in which was problematic for me being pregnant and my husband with very sensitive allergies. The cleanliness of the room left many concerns due to odd colored splatters on the walls, doors and counters. We actually stayed with friends due to the status of the room.

By far the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. The lobby was clean and check in quick, but the room was filthy. The bathroom shower and toilet contained many areas with mold. The floors turned your socks black with dirt by one pass of walking back and forth. Stains on the walls? The rooms were not outdated, just extremely dirty.

Old hotel
The building is at least 40 years old and simply shows its age. The rooms have the smell of mold and mildew that cannot be covered up. The floors are dirty, your feet will be as dirty walking the floor of your room barefoot as they would if you walked outside. The people that work there are great, but the city of Oxford should condemn this hotel and replace it with something much nicer, and larger.

Great location Budget Friendly
This is definitely a budget hotel, but the service is good and the location is convenient. We've stayed here before, and I'm sure we will stay again. We had a room in the main building this time, and they've taken out the carpet and put in LVP flooring. It was a nice upgrade.

Full disclosure. This was my 5th time staying at this property in the course of almost 4 years. First entering the room. It is dated, with a faux wood, not very clean floor. One set of sheets were worn thin. At first I thought they were stains. Upon further examination you could see through the spots as if they were shear. There were only two pillows on each bed that were more suitable for a twin bed than the double standard beds they lay on. After the second night my 22 year old daughter complained about the mattress. Which I would agree, was not very comfortable. The A/C unit had more dirt in the vents. Some were completely clogged. Obviously it hadn't been cleaned in months - if not a year or more. Each night I was greeted by a gentleman sitting in his Toyota SUV smoking. I saw him so regularly I assumed he was living in it. They have plenty of staff that I observed each day going from room to room. They need training again on cleaning and attention to detail.
