Saved the Day!

I had to make a last minute switch in my accommodations (literally within a 30min. window of time). And they were able to accommodate me. Service upon check in to check out was wonderful. They understood I was not there for vacation and accommodated my needs as such. Property staff was extremely helpful from the concierge, to parking attendant, to food delivery. Everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed.

The property is clean and modern, very comfortable, great staff and service. I loved my stay here even though it was for business. I didn't venture outside of the resort, but they had wildlife, restaurants and stores where you could buy whatever you'd forgotten for your trip.

I stayed at this hotel before and had a great time but unfortunately this time around was not the same. Blood on my pillow and when I check in body wash was completely empty. It was not at all what I expected. We made the best of it
