Welcome to my home! Bright and tastefully decorated, this charming studio is situated in the stunning wine district of Chartrons. Furnished with a convertible sofa bed, a work desk, a dining bar and a kitchen, relax in the living room after spending a long day in the city. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including an electric stove, a toaster, and an oven. There’s also a washing machine at your disposal. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels, complimentary hotel quality linens and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised for your safety. Enjoy your stay! You will have access to the entire apartment. My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. Located on the banks of the Garonne River, the area still boasts memories of its maritime past, fed by the Bordeaux wine expedition. You can stroll around to enjoy the lively streets and many antique shops or stop for lunch in one of its many restaurants that abound on the pavements. You can take tram B 3 minutes from the apartment, it will lead you to all major spots in the center.
Also you can take self service bikes in all the city. The studio is located on the 1st floor without elevator. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Free Wifi Ref.
