Room stinks like dog pee to the point my eyes were watering. Front desk claimed they didn’t smell anything and offered air freshener. Hotel is booked and couldn’t give me another room. Carpet is torn. Rod for hanging clothes is broken and taped back together. This will be a miserable night. I will never stay here again. Can’t believe they’re listed on Expedia and have good reviews. It’s gross.

Had a good bed. For a deluxe room was okay, had only 1 suitcase stand and a 2nd not available so had to use a chair. No table in the room just small desk and coffee table so eating and preparing dinner was difficult. Biggest issue was no food options. Free breakfast til 9:00 but when we got there at 8:30 there was nothing left and they did not bring anything out so had to go buy breakfast.

The toilet overflowed the first night, with only urine. We told the employee at the desk he stated he would write it down. The continental breakfast had old shriveled up fruit, no waffles, milk that was bad, cold coffee it was so disappointing. I have stayed in a few hotels. The outer door did not lock at night. Over priced for the room. I would not recommend this place or ever stay there again. The second morning we came back they had straightened the room, they took the soaps shampoo, conditioner and body wash that I hadn't even used. They didn't replace it, I had to hunt down the maid to get some so I could shower. They put us by the stairs that people stomped up and down all night.
