We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Centric Hotel. It's location near Beale Street made it only a short walk to have dinner and listen to great music. The hotel staff was extra friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel bar had great service and great atmosphere. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

My husband and I really appreciated the opportunity for an early check in. We were in Memphis, TN for a birthday party and needed to check in early to change clothes. I called and asked and it was given to us with no hesitation. The staff including the hotel receptionist, valet attendents and dining room stafff were very friendly and courteous. The only downfall was the noise from Beale Street, but it stopped around 3:00am. There was also a domestic disturbance in the hotel tha night that awakened us. But overall, the stay was wonderful.
