Loved this hotel - cleaning staff seemed a bit lacking. Our room was out of all the basics when we checked in and it took a while to get that remedied. Otherwise, great location, room was very comfortable. We arrived late and had an excellent dinner at the restaurant downstairs We hope to be back!

This was a great place to stay in San Juan. Very neat old San Juan sights including one of the cruise ports right next door. Hector, at the front desk, was amazing during our checkin process! The staff were all very nice. Bar/restaurant was good as well. Our room with a balcony overlooking the bay was the cream on top!

One of the elevators was broken from the time we stayed before our cruise and was still broken when we returned. The coffee and hot tea were very expensive along with the food.
