    Great location

    Ok hotel. GREAT location. Got an "upgrade" as a Hotel.com VIP however, really wasn't an upgrade - scared to see what the first room was. The pictures online are of their best rooms obviously. There were signs and documentation about cleanliness, however the shelves in the bathroom (where there were signs about cleanliness) were super dusty. However, the hotel/rooms were not dirty as well, just dusty in the non-traffic areas.

    It was fine; bed was great; view was fantastic; service friendly and helpful. Lighting seemed limited though I may have missed a source. And in room 403, the toilet leaked. My stay was too short to make issue of it nor did it negate the general experience

    Disappointing

    Good location but overall our stay was not the greatest. Paid a resort fee for what I don’t know since everything in the hotel was closed. Room was extremely dust and the dressers hadn’t been cleaned in forever. Valet parking is great until you want to leave at the same time as everyone else in the hotel and there is only one valet who has to walk ten minutes to get you car and bring it back. We waited over an hour to get our car. All that for $55 a night for parking. Staff was nice but they could have done a much better job communicating with their guests. Didn’t realize they weren’t servicing guest rooms until coming back to the room at 4pm on the first day and the room hadn’t been touched. Apparently I needed to tell them to clean the room but no one told us that during checkout and there was no information in the room.

    The room was by far the worst I have had in any Kimpton or Intercontinental. The staff was uncooperative.
