Every time I made my reservation at this hotel the next day they cancelled saying my phone prefix was not allowed to stay 40 miles from the airport. They make assumptions as to were you live based upon you phone prefix. Dead wrong. Then I showed my zip from my card and they allowed me to stay. The last night. I book hotel for Saturday 30th got there 8:00PM the receptionist told me I could not stay that night. Reason I’m not flying so I cannot stay. I paid for the night, lot my money and had to find another place to stay that night. The service is terrible. The breakfast is cheap not “continental” like they say. There’s only flower, sugar and drinks. Tangerines are half spoiled overall a very cheap hotel with terrible service. The name of the service man that did not let me stay is Anish he also denied another customer to stay that night while I was over there. Unhappy guy having fun in denying customer to stay in the hotel. The woman could not believe like me. No no staying is this terrible hotel. For the rest of my life.
