When I first walked into the office it smelled clean and looked clean. Thats was a gear sign. Front desk was very kind. I went to my room and it smelled great. Itnlolke perfect. Im happy I stayed here. It was very cheap and better than any other place. I travel a lot. This place is a gem. I stayed at a different hotel last night and you couldnt pay me to sleep at that horrible place ever again. I will stay here every time I come to Dubuque now.

I had a light tan bug in the tub the next morning after my shower. I then had a tiny black bug come out of my hair when I was getting my hair wet in the sink. A very unpleasant experience.

Had me sign a paper that was incorrect and then called room to tll mecto come back to sign correct paper. I was told the dog could be in the room but no pet hair was allowed in room.
