Adequate
It was difficult to get to the resort after arrival in Jaco by Ticabus. It would be helpful to have a shuttle from the highway. Buffet food was adequate but limited in choices. Breakfast omelets were excellent. No entertainment except for very loud music in the bar. Desk staff very helpful.

It was so loud and the music played until 1am. There was no sound-proofing to escape it. The birds wake you up at 5am as well, so you get very little sleep. The rooms were shabby and the facilities were not nice, and didn't function well. No mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold and not many places available to just hang out out of the heat.
