They are in the process of remodeling so some rooms look newer than others. However we did have a remodel room and still saw what appeared to be roach droppings on the walls and did see a roach before leaving. The tile in our bathroom floor was never grouted so it is cracking it spots leaving it not safe to walk on, especially for children.
