Brilliant
Brilliant stay. Went away with my dad to watch the football over a few days. Twin room was lovely, very clean, spacious enough with AC, clean towels daily and beds made. Good selection of foods for breakfast, (didn’t have the evening meals) Supermarket right next door with an Aldi across the road and a huge selection of restaurants either side of the hotel. Pool was also really nice and clean around the outside. Staff were also very friendly, always helpful and brilliant. The location might seem a little out of Puerto Banus and Marbella, however, the front desk were always helpful when booking taxis to get to where we needed t, they arrived in good time and only cost €10-€15 Would definitely recommend and would stay again if the football is located nearby once more

Good travellers' value
This is really a working person's hotel along with casual travellers. If you bear that in mind, it's fine. Friendly staff. Shops and restaurants quite close, plenty of parking, although local residents have marked some spots as theirs with makeshift signs. If you are on holiday the pool and sunbathing areas are good and uncrowded if a little noisy from the motorway. Wifi needs a bit of a boost.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, the rooms were very clea the pool was amazing very refreshing, and the food was exquisite, the only thing that lets it down is the location as you are surrounded by busy roads however that does mean that public transport is readily available. Overall a very pleasant stay

Don’t bother booking.
It was terrible. When we arrived at our rooms it smelt so bad. It was as if someone had left a number two in the toilet. The beds were so uncomfortable. Was so uncomfortable that we had to leave 3 days early. Even sink was an issue.

Poor management.
Hostile and lazy receptionist., especially one older gentleman. Some of the bar and waiter were more friendly. I was locked out of my rooms as the key card failed to function (power outage of the battery), and the technical staff had to break in to the room using the balcony to open the door, a process which took 45 min or more. No management excuse or reductions in fees were offered.

This accommodation was a real delight. It’s a 3 star hotel but it feels like it could have been 4 stars. The room was modern, clean and spacious. We had dinner and breakfast and we really enjoyed the food. It was fresh and there was a large variety. We had a car, parking was easy and the hotel was easy to find.

Very nice stay, room was a bit away from reception. I would advise the hotel to set up a couple of English channels on tv. All Spanish channels with some repeated. Other hotels along the coast are supplying English channels to attract uk visitors
